Services
We provide professional carpet cleaning for homes and small offices in San Jose and Santa Clara County. Quotes are itemized estimates. Final scope may be adjusted with your approval if on-site conditions differ.
Bookings and cancellations
Appointments are confirmed after schedule and scope are agreed. Please give reasonable notice to reschedule or cancel.
Access and preparation
Provide safe access to work areas, secure pets as needed, and clear fragile items from floors when practical.
Payment
Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Results and limitations
We use professional hot water extraction (steam cleaning) suited to your carpet. Some stains, wear, or prior damage may not fully reverse. We will be honest about what is realistic.
